Frequency, Intensity, and Time

Frequency: How often you exercise per week.

Intensity: How hard you exercise during a session.

Time: The duration of each exercise session
Drop in 1, 2, up to 4 days a week. Attend as many sessions as you can.
One Flat Program fee. Monthly payments are available with a minimum of 3 months commitment.
A minimum of our Developmental level required to participate!
Evaluations are offered upon Appointment.
Dedicated to helping you improve your swimmers skill and reach there goals. Enhance strength, endurance, and Stroke Techniques with workouts that are targeted to the swimmers weaknesses and turn it into a strength. This Program provides flexibility compared to competitive team prep program. But remember the more you put into it the more you will get out of it!
Turtle Transition Swim Group
A turtle is an animal that likes to be by itself.
This Group is to introduce our turtles to others like themselves.
For 1 hour once or twice a week students that have been working hard and have gained the basic knowledge of their strokes will refine those skills and work toward maintaining them in our higher level teams.
Strength and Endurance is the main focus of this group. It is not enough to just keep up, it is about keeping up without sacrificing your technical ability.
The true goal is to transition a private lesson swimmer into a group where they will no longer be working at their speed but will now have to work at the speed of the group.

Dolphin Developmental Swim Group
Dolphins are a social and playful animal.
Now that we have grown into strong and confident Dolphins, it is time to swim into a higher level of Skill. At this level you can choose whether your swimmer will attend one or twice a week. Students must complete a 3 month session 2 days a week at this level to be eligible for promotion. Skills like Flipturns to Diving and learning the fundamentals of competitive swim are the key focuses in this 1 hour practice.
The main goals in this group is for the student to nail down any imperfections in their stroke and refine basic competitive skills that will ensure that they are confident and ready to start preparing for a spot in our competitive programs. Technical ability along with the coordination and strength must be maintained in this group.

Pirhana Team Prep
Piranhas Swim in schools with Position and Speed
We have now mastered the ability to swim in a group. Now it is time to learn how to swim as a team! A 2 day a week mandatory practice will now start to prepare your Piranha for the world of competitive swim. We focus on Speed, Strength and Endurance while remaining vigilant of our technique and the ability to control hour strokes under competitive conditions.
The final goal to be met before Joining any swim team is the ability to perform well under pressure. We will be teaching swimmers the art of speed and mental control that is needed to compete. Learning how to execute swim sets that will challenge the swimmer to take their ability to the next level with confidence and the want to compete to test their true ability. How much further can I swim and how fast can I go are the mindset of a true swimmer.
